Austraining International empowers global communities through delivering social development and education projects, contributing positively to the communities and environment in which we work.

Austraining International is a specialist project management and international development organisation focusing on the transitioning of people across cultures. Our aim is to deliver social development projects that provide client satisfaction, future success and contribute positively to the communities and the environment in which we work.
Being wholly owned by the Government of South Australia, Austraining has access to specialists from the full range of Government sectors and services. Over the last 20 years Austraining has delivered over 300 bilateral and multilateral projects in Australia and throughout Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
Austraining links people and communities through an established network of more than 600 partner organisations in Australia, and across our regions. We adopt a cooperative approach to social development in the core areas of managing volunteers, scholarships and technical assistance programs.

Austraining offers a diverse range of opportunities for skilled Australians and partner organisations to become involved in international volunteering. Volunteers work with local counterparts in developing countries to reduce poverty and build capacity. Our programs are inclusive and flexible and our in-country support and post assignment engagement are key to our ongoing success, having managed more than 4000 volunteer placements since 2001.

  

Austraining assists international and local awardees to successfully complete their award requirements and achieve a fulfilling and positive experience in-country. Through building collaborative relationships with scholarship holders, educational institutions and other key stakeholders, Austraining provides a comprehensive range of services depending on the requirements of the client such as preliminary advice, case management support, and alumni networks.
