Assignment Proposal Form

If you are a Host Organisation and have identified a need within your organisation and would like to host a VIDA Volunteer you will need to develop an Assignment Proposal to submit to the VIDA Program. The VIDA Program has an Assignment Proposal Form which clearly sets out the information needed for this proposal.
